NWM Creative Works Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by NWM Creative Works, including media production, virtual consultations, installations, training, and technical support plans.

2. Services Provided

• Media Production (video, audio, livestream, lighting, editing)
• Studio Setup & Installation
• Virtual Media Consultations
• Media Training (live or virtual)
• Technical Support (Basic, Pro, Executive tiers)
• Equipment Sales and Rentals

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require pre-payment via Square or approved partner.
• Consultation and support access is non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
• Monthly support plans renew automatically unless canceled.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of payment or rescheduling fee.

5. Client Responsibility

• Clients must ensure access to equipment and premises during the service.
• For remote support, clients are responsible for stable internet and proper camera/mic access.
• Basic troubleshooting steps must be attempted prior to submitting a support request.
